The policy
Customer Only
Every parking space on the property — without exception — may only be used while the driver is actively and continuously patronizing businesses within the boundaries of the shopping center.
Workers, employees, repairmen, tradesmen, construction crews, vendors and anyone else who is not shopping inside the center are excluded from using any parking on this property at any time.
Leaving the property — on foot, at any time, for any reason — ends your right to park here. If the driver walks off the shopping center property, the vehicle will be towed, even if the driver was a customer before walking off or intends to become one after returning. Parking is only permitted while you are physically on the property and actively shopping inside it.
Any vehicle in violation of this policy will be immediately removed by Action Towing at the owner's expense.

Ultra-short stay spaces for quick pickups. Time limit is posted at each space (15 or 20 minutes). Customer-only — and only while actively shopping inside the center.
2-Hour Zone
2 hours maximum
Standard customer parking. A maximum stay of 2 hours applies. Must remain actively and continuously shopping within the property the entire time.
Blue Zone — Disabled
2 hours maximum
Disabled parking spaces are subject to the same customer-only policy as the rest of the property and are limited to a maximum of 2 hours. A valid disabled placard does not exempt the vehicle from the customer-only or 2-hour rules.
Per the Pacific ADA Center
“Parking enforcement is left to the local jurisdiction and the owner of the private parking lot if applicable. Under the ADA, a person with a disability is subject to the same terms and conditions of a private parking lot as everyone else.”

Who may not park here
The following are never permitted to use parking on this property — in any zone, at any time:
Vehicles in violation will be removed immediately by Action Towing.
Important
Leave the property on foot — your vehicle gets towed.
Parking is only valid while you are physically inside the shopping center boundaries and actively shopping at a business within them. The moment a driver walks off the property, the vehicle is in violation and will be removed by Action Towing — even if the driver was a customer before walking off, and even if the driver intends to return and shop afterward. Prior or future customer status does not protect the vehicle. There are no exceptions for quick errands, picking up food next door, visiting nearby offices, walking to the train, or any other off-property stop.
